The Tri-County Arts Council will host an artist talk and opening public reception for an extraordinary exhibit of two artists’ works, Same Inside by Karle Norman, and Ruminations Rising by Michelle Capizzi from 7:00-9:00PM this Friday, August 20th.

The Tri-County Arts Council will exhibit provocative and visionary paintings by two modern artists beginning August 6th through September 4th. A public reception for the two exhibits will be held from 7:00-9:00pm on Friday, Aug. 20th in the gallery.

The Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce is very excited to announce the headliners for Jazz & Blues Weekend, plus 20 other musical acts that will be playing throughout Ellicottville July 23-25.

On Friday, July 23, 2021, the Summer Olympics will open with protective measures in place for athletes. A group of those Olympians will be carrying skateboards to Japan, taking part in opening ceremonies for the United States.

THE MACKER IS on the schedule in Olean! Entries are now being accepted for the Gus Macker 3-on-3 basketball tournament, to be played August 20th-22nd on Delaware Avenue in downtown Olean.

The next edition of Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce’s StrOlean event is set for Friday, August 13th, with the final one set for Friday, October 1st.
