Gourmet Dinner & Auction is coming to John Harvard’s Cabana Bar & Pool Complex at Holiday Valley
ELLICOTTVILLE - Ellicottville’s favorite upscale end-of-the-summer dinner party, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ellicottville and presented by Peters & Moriarty is a “must attend” party! The event will take place on Saturday, August 28th at the John Harvard’s Pool Complex at Holiday Valley beginning at 6:00pm. When you arrive, you will be greeted with great hors d'oeuvres from Katy’s Cafe, John Harvard’s and other local restaurants.
This year’s menu is over the top with many culinary surprises to treat those in attendance. A great Antipasti table by Monroe St. Brick & Brew, Oso Bucco from Dina’s, and special Italian dishes from Villaggio are just a few of the dozen stations you can enjoy.
This event has the best food served at any venue, with an expansive array of entrees provided by the best restaurants in the area. Local chefs will be trying to impress you with their signature dishes served at their individual stations by student volunteers from Ellicottville Central School. The famous dessert table always amazes and is highlighted by tasty treats from Cupcaked and Watson’s Chocolates.
This year’s musical treat - before and during dinner - will be performed by Kody & Herren, a musical pair from Western New York comprised of singer/songwriters/multi-instrumentalists Nick Kody and Lydia Herren.
This year’s live auction will be hosted by Brooks LeFeber and will feature tickets to the Buffalo Bills opener, Cutco Knives as well as a many more surprises. Everyone loves the extensive silent auction as there is always a great bargain to be had!
