ERA Team VP Exceeds Toys for Tots Campaign Goal
CHAUTAUQUA – ERA Team VP Real Estate and Vacation Rentals proudly announces the overwhelming success of their 2023 Toys for Tots Campaign, a heartwarming initiative that aimed to bring joy to children in need during the holiday season. With a goal set to collect 500 toys, ERA Team VP surpassed all expectations by collecting a remarkable total of 507 toys. This generous outpouring of support will undoubtedly bring smiles to the faces of countless local children during the holiday season.
Aligned with the ERA® brand's nationwide effort and in collaboration with other ERA affiliated brokerages worldwide, the campaign officially commenced on November 28th, recognized as #GivingTuesday. The team worked hand-in-hand with the esteemed national non-profit organization, Toys for Tots, to collect and distribute holiday gifts to local children in the community.
The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, established in 1947, has been a beacon of hope for 76 years. Operating in major market areas and all 50 states, the program has consistently distributed an annual average of 18 million toys to seven million children-in-need. ERA Team VP Real Estate and Vacation Rentals proudly joined forces with this longstanding tradition to make a positive impact.

In a remarkable show of commitment, Bill Soffel personally matched $1 for every toy donated. This additional contribution will be distributed to respective locations: Chautauqua County, Cattaraugus County, Warren County and McKean County based on the amount of donations received at each of the ERA office locations, including Jamestown, Chautauqua, Ellicottville, Arcade, Olean, Bradford and Warren.
ERA Team VP Real Estate and Vacation Rentals also collaborated with the Roger Tory Peterson Institute to enhance the impact of the collection. This partnership added an extra layer of community involvement, ensuring that the Toys for Tots campaign reached even greater heights.
