UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Announces
Ellicottville Office Summer Hours

Spring, summer activities have potential to increase injuries

ELLICOTTVILLE, NY – The Ellicottville office of UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (UBMDOSM) has new patient hours to handle any urgent care issues related to spring and summer activities. Patients can visit the office from 8:00am-4:00pm on Mondays. It is located less than a mile from Holiday Valley at 6133 U.S. Route 219 S., Suite 1, in Ellicottville.

Patient services include a wide range of coverage for all levels of orthopaedic injuries and care, including lacerations and concussions. UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine’s extensive outreach program with area hospitals helps merge their expertise to provide the best care possible.

“While the ski season has ended, injuries never take a day off,” said Dr. Marc Fineberg, a specialist in knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery and team doctor for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. “Ellicottville is an outdoor paradise all year-round, and now that we have golfers, zip line enthusiasts, mountain bikers and hikers – as well as those who perform daily activities such as yardwork – the odds of getting injured increase exponentially. We are perfectly set up to provide urgent orthopaedic care to all patients when they need it the most – while practicing all the proper Covid-19 protocols.”

The Ellicottville office opened in December 2020.
