Core Performance Introduces Fitness A La Carte

Core Performance Introduces Fitness A La Carte

Core Performance Fitness was born out of frustration for the status quo of personal training in a big gym setting where other members and activities create distractions. Back in 2007 while visiting my brother in Chicago, I noticed small studios for Yoga, Pilates and Barre, and thought this concept was exactly what I was looking for. And in 2009 I developed a private workout experience with the amenities of a gym and no distractions, where clients can get customized workouts that center around their specific needs and goals. The only drawback is, there isn’t enough hours in the day to train everyone who wants it, so, I added group fitness classes into the business plan and let the business grow.

Fast forward to 2022 - the demands for classes and training in an area known for its seasonal residents and weekend visitors come with many obstacles, namely flexibility of time and type of class/training offered.  What I have run into are the phone calls asking about what is offered on weekends for whenever the caller’s group is available. So here again I decided to get creative and have built an A la Carte Fitness Menu.  The following is the menu of options to choose from to build your fitness experience. At least 2 CPT instructors will be involved in any strength and conditioning class to ensure integrity and form of all participants.
