JAMESTOWN - The 18th Annual Saints and Sinners Walking Tours of Lakeview Cemetery are historically informative and are an excellent way to get in the spirit for All Hallows Eve. On October 7th, explore the cemetery in the afternoon, or come October 14th and walk during evening hours while your guide uncovers some of the over 43,000 personal stories that are hidden within Lake View Cemetery of Jamestown, New York. These tours change yearly; no two tours will ever be the same.
The Afternoon Walking tours on October 7th begin at 2:00pm and leave every 15 minutes, with the last tour departing at 3:45pm. Evening walking tours on October 14th will begin a 6:00pm and leave every 15 minutes, with the last tour departing at 7:45pm.
If you would rather pass on the walking, you could sign up for one of the Horse Drawn Carriage Tours. Same All Hallows spirit but a lot less tiring for those who need more of a less physical option. Carriage tours take place October 7th on the hour starting at 5:00pm with the last tour going out at 8:00pm and October 14th starting at 2:00pm with the last tour going out at 5:00pm. Returning guests would agree that the costumed actors who guide these tours make this experience the total package!
