This class Emily will walk you thru blending a few mixtures…. A couple for meats a few for dressings. Will also bring tea to the table and discuss pour over loose leaf tea and the benefits of drinking a cup a day. The class will take a tour of the canning cupboard and view the herbs and edible flowers that we dry and learn about how we use them throughout the year. We also give you details about the company that we source from for ingredients that we do not have fresh here in WNY or the unknown herbs that are most beneficial. Our guests will take home a few of their own tea brews and spice sacks to use in their own cooking creations. $25 donation per guest 716-353-0193 space is limited please book in advance
