Welcome to the homestead for a fun evening in our kitchen! On this specific night we are roasting pork loin, from a local farm. Walking the class through from start to finish, the seasonings used... the snack, sides and of course DESSERT! Your confidence will be enhanced and some tips and techniques for buying farm fresh will be given as well.
All instructions will be given by Emily, homestead owner, baker and gardener. Former owner of The Station Bistro.
