Notice of Public Hearing

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE, NEW YORK: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 9 of the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, and pursuant to a resolution of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ellicottville, adopted June 13, 2024, the said Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731 on the 11 day of July, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., to hear all interested parties regarding an appeal by William Robbins, requesting variances to allow the construction of a new residential addition exceeding the maximum number of stories allowed and less than required distance from the side property line, located at 6661 Upper Road (SBL 55.011-3-12). Further information is available for review at the Engineering Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731.  Prior to the meeting, documents may also be viewed on the Town website at www.ellicottvillegov.com.  Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.  Written comments may be mailed to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals, 1 Washington Street, P.O.
