ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE, NEW YORK: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 9 of the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, and pursuant to a resolution of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ellicottville, adopted June 13, 2024, the said Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731 on the 11 day of July, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., to hear all interested parties regarding an appeal by Anthony Villani, requesting variances to allow the construction of residential structures less than required distance from the rear property line, located at 2 Rogers Road (SBL 56.001-1-25.8).
