HillTAP Festival 2023
EAST AURORA / ELLICOTTVILLE - 42 North Brewing Company and Holiday Valley Resort are again teaming up for the 3rd Annual Hilltap Festival(™) at Holiday Valley on July 22nd. In addition to a second stage for music, the HillTap Festival will also offer RV camping at Holiday Valley and tent camping at neighboring resort, HoliMont.
HillTap Festival tickets include a chairlift ride to the top of the mountain where event-goers can experience a full day of music and adventure. Activities include mountain biking, standup paddleboarding (SUP), and a full lineup of outdoor vendors. Additionally, 42 North, Fat Bob’s, and Villaggio will offer food and beverage.
This year’s music bill has been expanded to include three bands. Opening up the festival atop Spruce Lake will be the roots duo from Springville, NY, Kody & Herren, followed by Buffalo-based band, Ten Cent Howl, bringing their up-tempo, Americana sound to the festival. The festival will wrap up at the base of the mountain with a special performance by The Probables from Jamestown, NY. The Probables will be bringing their bluegrass sounds to the festival as part of their 2023 Destination Tour.
“This is one of our favorite events of the year. There is no better place to merge craft beer, roots music, and adventure. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind venue,” said 42 North Brewery Founder, John Cimperman.
The HillTap Festival begins at 12:00pm and runs until 9:00pm. Attendees will park at Holiday Valley’s Tannenbaum Lodge and take the chairlift up to the festival.
