Ellicottville Brewing LV to Host Live Broadcast
“Leading the Charge” with WKBW’s Matt Bove will Be Live on November 20th
Live from Little Valley, NY! Coming up this week, Ellicottville Brewing Company at Little Valley will host “Leading the Charge”, a live broadcast by Channel 7 WKBW on Monday, November 20th. With plenty of excitement surrounding the evening, grab your group of friends and head over for the one-of-a-kind event.
Ellicottville Brewing Company has been a long-standing staple of the community, and they continue to find ways to entertain and expand their offerings. EBC has welcomed a growing relationship between their brand and Channel 7 WKBW. They’ve previously hosted a live broadcast by news anchor Jeff Russo and his team for the “Believe in Buffalo” segment. The feature highlighted the EBC Little Valley location and all of the new offerings it held for the area. The expansive facility is set within the Pat McGee nature trails and extends endless views of the mountains surrounding. As Channel 7 WKBW and EBC have kept this partnership, they decided that the Little Valley location would once again be the perfect spot for another live broadcast showing.
Leading the Charge is a sports-based feature that brings together the knowledge, witty banter, and recaps of the football season. 7Sports Matt Bove, who celebrated 10 years with WKBW this year, hosts alongside two additional cohosts, Joe Buscaglia (The Atlantic) and Howard Simon (WGR Sports Radio 550) offering the perfect dynamic to fuel your fandom.
The Live Broadcast will take place from 7:00-7:30pm that evening, but EBC Little Valley is happily opening their doors early at 6:00pm for guests to come join the fun. Following the Monday Night Football Broadcast will be the national pregame along with Kansas City vs. Philadelphia at 8:15pm. This special event is taking place on what would usually be a closed night for the establishment so you’re in luck! They’ll also be running after the live broadcast so guests can enjoy the many specials they have to offer. Speaking with Dan Minner of EBC, he looks forward to welcoming guests to the space and encourages anyone looking to join in on the fun to come along. “We’re inviting a lot of friends in and a lot of the local folks around Little Valley and just trying to have a good time.” For those interested in attending, make sure you wear your favorite team jersey - sports apparel is definitely encouraged!
The fairly new Little Valley location has some special features that really make it its own and it’s proving to be the perfect place for this live broadcast event. They have an array of artisan pizzas made with their own rustic Italian style dough, endless craft draft beers brewed in-house, and plenty of pub fare to be enjoyed. They’ll even be running some specials for the evening including $5 pints and deals on those homemade pizzas.
EBC Little Valley welcomes all to join in this exciting event and gives guests a chance to see what this special location has to offer. Dan Minner explains his hopes on having such a special event like this in the area. “It’s a good opportunity to let folks know we have a beautiful spot right over the hill and that we’ve put a lot of work and effort into making the new facility.” It’s a great way to gather and watch the panel firsthand. Leading the Charge is WNY’s #1 local sports show and putting that exposure out the for Little Valley is a unique feature of its own. Hopefully this is one of many experiences on the rise for the new location.
Mark your calendars for some other EBC Little Valley offerings heading your way. On Saturday, November 18th they will be hosting a Thanksgiving Stuff Your Trunk event. Dan Minner gave us the scoop on what to expect, explaining they’ll be offering “BOGO deals, discounted beers, and we’re going to do a warehouse sale. We’re going to do discounted pints and pizza, and we’re going to do tours.” He went on to share that the facility tours are expected to be held at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:00pm. The restaurant will also be open, so it makes for the perfect chance to treat yourself to some great holiday deals and dining.
