Olean presents a Winter Wonderland & Holiday Market this Friday
Lincoln Park will be transformed into a holiday haven as the Jingle Bell Jubilee returns this Friday, December 13 from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., bringing the magic of the holidays to the heart of Downtown Olean. This festive event promises fun for the whole family with local artisan vendors, food, drinks, music, and special activities that will make attendees feel like they’ve stepped into a Hallmark movie.
We have over 30 local craft and artisan vendors, providing everything from candles, sweet treats, clothing, holiday décor, pottery, crafts, and even more. Here’s our full list of vendors: Winey Shepherd, Diane’s Creativity, Bell, Book & Vinyl, Bantydee Soaps, The She Garage, Sew Stitch & Cute, Tracy Lotsa Dots, Whisper Hill, Rusty Rooster, Crazy Daisy Lady, Country at Heart, Creations TOO Tell, Clay Aesthetic, Masti Farms, Christmas Shoppe, Ann Marie’s Baklava, JBloom, Flick Candle Co., JML Homemade, For Craft’s Sake, Dark Matter Filament, Serenhippity, SPCA, Whittle Things, Chaos & Class, Candle Guy, and Vintage Olean.
Food enthusiasts can enjoy delicious offerings from four popular food trucks: Zet’s, Sweet Ride, Wanderer Hut, and Diamond Mares Cocktails.
Keeping visitors warm, a cozy structure with heaters, generously sponsored by Sol Epoxy, will provide comfort throughout the event. The festive spirit continues with horse-drawn carriage rides around Lincoln Park, hosted by Hillview Stables and also sponsored by Sol Epoxy. Tickets are $3 per person, and can be purchased in the GOACC Gift Shop between Thursday 12/12 at noon and Friday 12/13 at noon; or at the event itself, while supplies last. Children under 5 ride for free. Due to time constraints, ticket quantities are limited, and sales are first come, first served. Stop in to the GOACC Gift Shop and purchase early to skip the line!
Music will fill the air with performances by the OHS Choir 4-4:30 p.m., the ALCS Elementary Choir 4:30-5 p.m., Olean Theatre Workshop 5-6:10 p.m., OHS Orchestra solos 6:10-6:30 p.m., Portville Keynote Choir 6:30-7 p.m., Olean Community Theatre 7-7:30 p.m., and Pastor Hall and Church Without Walls band finishing out the night 7:30-8 p.m. Thanks to our 45 Corporate Sponsors for sponsoring the music.
Bring the kids! While you last minute Christmas shop, there are many activities for the kiddos. Families can take part in make-and-take cookie decorating, sponsored by Impact Internet. Come see Santa Claus! Visit him in his house, tell him what you want for Christmas, and get a holiday goodie bag!
