ELLICOTTVILLE - New inkeepers Deborah Ryan-Pelletier and Jean-Yves Pelletier are pleased to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Saisons Inn, 6416 Route 242, Ellicottville, NY on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020.  Saisons (formerly The Ilex Inn), is within walking distance to the village, has six rooms plus a private cottage, and offers a year-round hot tub, continental breakfast and a seasonal in-ground heated pool.

“We are committed to buying locally, and we’re proud to feature several made-in-New York products such as Watson’s Chocolates, Beekman 1802 amenities, and mattresses made in Jamestown, NY,” said Deborah.  “We offer many new enhancements to make your home away from home a place you will want to return to again and again.”

Deborah is a native of Allegany, NY and a graduate of Archbishop Walsh High School and St. Bonaventure University. Her husband, Jean Yves is a native of Edmonton, New Brunswick, Canada, and is a graduate of Moncton University.
