LITTLE VALLEY – SMALL TOWN DESTINATION JOINS THE W.N.Y. CRAFT FOOD & BEVERAGE MAP: The press and public are invited to an official ribbon cutting grand opening of Ellicottville Brewing at Little Valley on Friday, February 17th.
In the scenic hills of Cattaraugus County, this event will take place between 3-5pm. Guests will be treated to a ribbon cutting ceremony, food & beverage specials including $5 tank-to-tap craft brews, live music by The Chumps, and a group walking tour of the brewhouse post-production hours for interested participants. Restaurant hours will continue into the evening until 9pm.
With the opening of the public-facing hospitality & events portion adjacent to their 75,000 sq. ft. production facility, it is EBC’s mission to further build within & attract visitors to beautiful Cattaraugus County. The Craft Pub, Pizzeria & Events space offers a charming, off-the-beaten path experience, just 10 mins. from the Village of Ellicottville.
