Welcome to the wild side ladies and join us as we reconnect our minds and bodies with Mother Nature.

3 days filled with nature, delicious farm fresh foods, rejuvenating the mind and body with yoga and meditation, learning with forest foragers and naturalists.

The agenda as follows:
Thursday: Welcome Dinner & Fire story telling and tour of the homestead...hear the history and the vision. Dinner will be served under the White Pine by star and candle light or in the 120 year-old hay barn.

Friday: 8am - Fly Fishing and breakfast at the private 1 acre pond... learn to cast and bait by one of WNY best, Nicholas Sagnibene owner of 716 Fly Fishing.

11:30am - Lunch in the gardens (or hay barn weather pending) with edible flower and herb clinic. Learn to pick, mix and dry your herbs for tea....

3pm - Tea Time a tea mixing clinic, mix a few blends to take home and learn about what mixes well with ...what else for ailments.

-6pm - Dinner and Fire, under the stars sharing some laughs and relaxation.

Saturday: 9am - Meditation Stretch with local instructor Darlene Allen, at the pond with breakfast to follow.

11am -2pm - Tracking and Trailing will game habits, a walk at the homestead followed by a walk at the private pond. Tracks and signs will be pointed out and discussed, by avid 40 year hunter Rodney Ehman.
lunch will be packed and brought on our walk...
Open swim ... bring your suits or dive in your birthday suit! This is a time to reconnect with nature and water.
Music and afternoon cocktails at the pond.

6pm - Dinner and Drum Circle fire side .... an opportunity to listen and learn from an African drum scholar, play in a group setting and let go!

Sunday: 9am - Meditation Stretch with Darlene, relax... enjoy breakfast... take another leisure walk around the pond and breathe ... you will be reconnected after your stay with us.

We are all dedicated to giving you an experience you will never forget, moments that touch your soul and speak to your heart. Our vision is to bring your confidence to the surface and believe in your self sustainability.

Local Accommodation suggestions can be provided upon request.

ALL foods will be from local farms and growers, assembled by homestead owner, Emily... please note any dietary restrictions at time of booking, we are happy to accommodate as best we can.

All Inclusive or choose a day that best suits your desires and join us. For full retreat: $475, 8 meals (all farm fresh), refreshments... classes and clinics etc. Each guest must have transportation and sign a waiver for the event. To register 716-353-0193.
