Keeping a stash of old world medicine in a cabinet at home cabinet is something our ancestors were accustomed to. Reaching in to grab a pain reliever for a tooth ache, to sooth a colicky babe, to treat a bee sting or belly ache, to get a better night's rest, for a sore throat, to ease respiratory issues, to treat hemorrhoids or a wound or a rash...

The list goes on and on... and through years of using natural remedies, I have 3 apothecaries that are stocked with all sorts of herbs and oils, spices and medicinals.

This class will supply you with 3 starter oils, that I never leave home without. You will learn how and where to keep your oils, when to use the major 10, how to identify 4 in your fields and gardens.... Maybe more depending on what is blooming when we take a tour of the homestead and grounds to gather.

1 hour at a table learning, 1 hour in the field... Complimentary snacks and refreshments at the end of class.
