Food Bank Donation
Nancy Rogan, co-director of the food bank accepts a donation check from Ellicottville Rotarian Greg Capelli.
The Rotary Club of Ellicottville continues to provide community support during the Covid-19 crisis. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the club has doubled its quarterly donation to $1,000 to help keep the shelves of our local food bank stocked. The Rotary Club of Ellicottville proudly supports the food bank and has helped throughout the year including special donations for Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas hams. The food bank is located inside the United Church of Ellicottville on the corner of Elk and Elizabeth in the Village. Hours are Monday 1:00-3:00pm, Wednesday 4:00-6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-noon. Ellicottville Rotary’s Foundation for Youth & Family Support has always supported local groups and individuals in need. Most of the efforts are “under the radar” and many are helped without fanfare or publicity. If you are able to donate, please visit www.ellicottvillerotary.com/donate.
