Ellicottville 2023 Gazebo Series Has Begun
ELLICOTTVILLE - The Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of the Gazebo Series, sponsored by Niagara Label Company, which invites the community out to the Village Gazebo every Thursday evening for free, live entertainment. A popular celebration on the summer events list, the Ellicottville Gazebo Series attracts families (and even their pets) to gather together; bring your blankets and lawn chairs, your frosty beverages, even a snack, and enjoy a different musical act each week from 7:00-9:00pm at no charge!
Thursday, July 6th will welcome alternative pop singer and songwriter Cami Clune to the Gazebo stage. You may recognize the name from Season 19 of NBC’s The Voice, where she placed in the semi-finals. She chose John Legend as her coach, but ultimately landed a spot on Kelly Clarkson’s team, as she used her only steal for Cami in the knockout round. In the live portion of the show, Kelly used her only artist save to advance Cami into the semi-finals. Having worked with John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Usher, Miguel, as well as the talented crew behind the scenes of The Voice, Cami felt tremendous growth as an artist.
Following The Voice, Cami has worked with alternative-electronic artist, songwriter, and producer Grabbitz. Together, along with Robby Takac from the Goo Goo Dolls, they recorded the WGRZ “Glad 2 Be Here” jingle. She also recorded two studio covers of songs that she performed on The Voice - “Skinny Love” and “I Put A Spell On You.” She is very excited to announce that her first two original singles, “old at 20” and “PARASITE” are out now.
Cami has performed as a featured vocalist with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and has sung the national anthem for various organizations, including the NFL and NHL. She has also acted in short films and commercials.
Cami’s performance in Ellicottville on July 6th will certainly be a special treat and is free for all to attend! The show begins at 7:00pm, giving you plenty of time beforehand to explore the downtown village, grab a bite and shop our unique retailers.
Thursday, July 13th will welcome independent country artist Brianna Blankenship, accompanied by Dan Roche. Hailing from the small town of Kane, Pennsylvania, Brianna began performing in 2018, with the opportunity to compete on American Idol in 2019. She then released her first two songs, ‘Church’ and ‘The Good Guy”, which have graced major country radio stations Spotify playlists. Since then, Brianna has performed at some of the largest country music festivals with artists including Jimmie Allen, Dan and Shay, Chris Janson, Jason Aldean and many more. In 2021, she performed at The Barefoot Country Music Fest in New Jersey. This past year, she performed at the WE Fest in Minnesota, and then traveled to Florida for the Country Kicks Cancer Benefit Concert where she played the main stage in between Maddie & Tae and the headliner of the night, Walker Hayes. Brianna is looking to continue to make her mark in country music in 2023.
Brianna’s performance with Dan Roche will certainly be a special treat for those in Ellicottville July 13th. The free show begins at 7:00pm, giving you plenty of time beforehand to explore the downtown village, grab a bite and shop our unique retailers.
