Ronda Ehman recognized by HomeCare & Hospice for 35 years of service

Ronda Ehman, of Great Valley, began her career at HomeCare & Hospice, where she remains employed.

ALLEGANY - HomeCare & Hospice (HCH) helps maintain independence at home with compassion in communities throughout Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, and Wyoming counties. HomeCare & Hospice recently hosted an employee recognition to honor one of their employees, Ronda Ehman.

Ms. Ehman is celebrating 35 years as a home care coordinator RN. "Each patient holds a special place in my heart,” she said. “It's not just about the care we provide, but the connections we make with their families and caregivers. Every experience is memorable in its own unique way.” She continued, “Being a home care coordinator RN brings a sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing the impact we have on patients' lives and the importance of our work. Each day is a reminder that their contributions are deeply valued and needed.”

Ronda began her career with HomeCare & Hospice, where she remains employed. Her primary focus is on serving patients from Total Senior Care, providing them with the care and support they need while continuing to contribute to the mission of HomeCare & Hospice.

This long-time employee reflected on how caring for her patients is what fuels her passion and dedication. Her advice to others is simple but powerful: “Find joy in your work and let that love for what you do carry you forward.”

Ronda lives in Great Valley with her husband, Richard Ehman. They have two daughters, Reann Ehman and Ratricia Cranmer, son-in-law Jeremy Cranmer, and three grandchildren Alex, Lilly and Aubrie Cranmer.

Melissa Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer of HomeCare & Hospice and Total Senior Care stated, "We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate professional like Ronda on our team. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care for our patients is a true testament to her character and passion. We celebrate her remarkable 35 years of service and the difference she has made in so many lives.”
