MUSIC IN MANY GENRES: Located in Bradford, PA is the Marilyn Horne Museum and Exhibit Hall. A world-famous opera star, Ms. Horne was born in Bradford. She progressed from being a small-town girl singing with the community band to performing operas around the world. In the museum you will find interactive musical displays, replica costumes, and storyboards about her varied performances. In La Fenice, a replica of a famous opera house, Ms. Horne, in her own words shares highlights of her career. It is one of the most famous landmarks in Italian Theatre. AN EVENING OF MUSIC AT A CANDLELIGHT CONCERT: The Marilyn Horne Museum also sponsors a variety of live performances throughout the year. One such event is the upcoming Candlelight Concert on March 19, 2022 from 7:30-9:00pm. Performing at this musical evening event will be Chloe Yofan, Anastasia Wilson, Emilie Tupper, and Megan Wike, collectively known as the Phantasia Quartet. The four musicians are currently undergraduates at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester. Admission is free. Doors open at 7:00pm. This is an open seating event.
