ELLICOTTVILLE BREWING COMPANY: The OG beer garden: Hitting every summer vibe, it’s just an all-encompassing experience when visiting the Beer Garden at Ellicottville Brewing Company, where you can celebrate just about every occasion possible. Whether your group is there for flights of beer and shared plates or a sit-down meal with family from out of town, the environment makes it easy to unwind and the ambience will hit every summer vibe.
4. BALLOONS: Let the good times roll! Have fun with a game or two of cornhole and enjoy live music at Balloons! (They’ve got a full line-up for Taste weekend; check their website.) With weekday specials and a spacious outdoor area, it’s always a good time!
5. MADIGAN’S: Who’s down for Happy Hour on the patio? Catch rays in the sunshine and cool off with a refreshing cold one at Ellicottville’s largest bar, aka The Green Bar.
6. WINERY OF ELLICOTTVILLE: That second story view: Looking for a tasting or a glass? You can go for both and better yet, you can do it upstairs on the deck! There’s just something about the summer breeze and a glass of wine with a second story view.
7. EBC’S TAQUERIA TAP + BOTTLE: South of the border flare: It’s a must-stop and check out kind of place because where else are you going to find another establishment like it? They are an authentically influenced taqueria inspired by Mexican al pastor dining as well as a combination brewpub and carryout bottle shop. Their latest takeover was the outdoor patio area which has been transformed into a refreshing escape nestled behind the building.
8. THE CABANA BAR AT HOLIDAY VALLEY RESORT: Poolside fun! All the outdoor fun can be had at Holiday Valley, and the Cabana Bar is there to tie in your favorite summertime snacks and drinks!
9. STEELBOUND BREWERY AND DISTILLERY: Brewed, distilled & chilled: Add Ellicottville’s Steelbound to your itinerary for a wide variety of cocktails, ales, whiskeys, and flavorful food. You’ll be greeted with an industrial ambience with the option of outdoor seating for those who love the fresh air!
