Ellicottville Rotarians Participate in Earth Day Clean-Up

ELLICOTTVILLE - The Rotary Club of Ellicottville canvassed the Village on Saturday, April 23rd, picking up trash from roadways, sidewalks, creek beds and common areas. Club members removed a truckload of litter during this inaugural Earth Day project. The effort was part of the Rotary District 7090 Great Lakes Watershed Clean-up 2022.

The Rotary Club of Ellicottville plans to make this an annual event. Volunteers embracing Rotary’s motto of “service above self” will continue to keep Ellicottville a clean, popular, destination. Please contact event organizers John Weismantel at 716-228-7288 or J.P. O’Connell at 716-697-8314 if you are interested in helping in a future clean-up.
