“FeBREWary” at the Olean Public Library

Tickets Now Available for Night of Beer, Food, & Fun at the Olean Public Library

OLEAN - Need a remedy for the winter blues? How about a fun night with great beer, yummy food, basket raffles, live music and a chance to help the Olean Public Library?

Tickets are now available for FeBREWary, the annual beer-tasting event sponsored by Friends of the Olean Library. FeBREWary will be held from 7:00-9:30pm on Friday, February 28th at the library, located at 134 N. 2nd Street, Olean, NY 14760. Treat yourself to a great night out and help the Friends provide resources for library programs, equipment and circulating materials.

Highlighting the event is the ability to sample a variety of beers, including the chance to talk with representatives of Olean’s Four Mile Brewery and others about their products. Those attending will also have a chance to sample a large selection of foods. While visitors are eating and drinking, tables around the library will offer a place to sit and enjoy conversation. A 50/50 raffle is also planned. In addition to refreshments and good company, patrons can listen to the music of Brian Lothridge. Alex Cole, owner of Argentieri Linen, is donating the linens for the event.

Tickets are available at the library circulation desk. Cost is $25 for one, $45 for two and $15 for a designated driver. Tickets are also available online via TicketBud at https://ticketbud.com/events/796b46e8-d93a-11ef-b3a4-42010a71703b.

Friends of the Olean Library offers events throughout the year to raise resources for the library and to encourage the community to explore what the library offers.
