Put Some Pep in Your Step

Put Some Pep in Your Step

And Your Body

Our team took a trip downtown to Nature’s Remedy in Ellicottville, NY this afternoon to explore some products that can help brighten up your winter season. Nature’s Remedy has a ton to offer - from vitamins and essential oils to organic foods, holistic wellness services and so much more…

What first caught our attention upon entering was the beautiful wooden canoe stocked full of teas and infusion mugs. (And that only scratches the surface; they also have a tea shelf in the back!) We were thrilled to find our favorite Bridgerton tea flavor by the Republic of Tea - a great option to warm you up after being out on the slopes.

We also checked out the Color Therapy Eyewear. These glasses are based on the seven chakras in your body; they send the chosen color to the receptors in your retina, which stimulates your brain and pineal glands, which in turn can effect/enhance your mood. For example, the orange colored ones are associated with the sacral chakra, which is associated with creativity, being social and overall happiness. The violet ones are attached to the crown chakra, as violet is considered the most spiritual of colors. It is meant to help encourage wisdom, inspiration and selflessness. For best results, wear them for 30-60 minutes a day. Each pair is a lightweight, acrylic, and designed to block both 95% UVB rays and 60% UVA rays. Give yourself a break from the day and help refresh your mental health.  We’ll take one of each for the office… thank you!

Nature’s Remedy has some great self pampering items for the home, too. After working hard and playing harder, sometimes we all just need a little time to ourselves at the end of the day. Browse their collection of beautiful soap rocks - surely a delightful edition to a hot bath. They are gorgeous and can be enjoyed in the bathroom, kitchen, or as home decor. Grab one of the many skin softening lotions at Nature’s Remedy to rehydrate winter dry skin.
