5th Annual HVSP Golf Fundraiser

Letter to the Community
The Holiday Valley Ski Patrol (HVSP) is happy to announce our fifth annual HVSP Golf Fundraiser. This year’s fundraiser is scheduled for Monday, August 19th at Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville, NY. All proceeds from the tournament will go towards the purchase of first aid supplies, training fees and new equipment that support our mission throughout the 2024-2025 season.
How can you help? We ask for your support through a paid sponsorship, donation for the door prize drawing and/or registering a team to play in the tournament. All contributions towards our event are greatly appreciated and can be made directly online at www.hvspgolf.com. Your sponsorship or donation is tax deductible and any level of monetary contribution will support HVSP’s ongoing effort to provide excellent service to patrons.
There are a few sponsorship opportunities. Sign Sponsorship is $250 and gives you 1 company sign and logo on the website, along with print material and brochure. Golf for a team of 4 is $600 per team and includes the game, cart, food, drinks and prizes. Or if golfing isn’t your thing, you can sponsor a team of 4 for just $750.

What Is HVSP? The HVSP is a non-profit member organization of the National Ski Patrol comprised almost entirely of volunteers. The mission of HVSP is to keep everyone safe on the mountain during outdoor activities and provide first aid to patrons who visit the resort year-round. The HVSP relies on donations and fundraising to cover operating expenses for the year which allows the Patrol to provide first aid services free of charge to patrons.
