JAMESTOWN - All kinds of wonderful adventures await you at Audubon Community Nature Center’s (ACNC) Dragons and Fairies Festival Saturday, June 15th from 10:00am-4:00pm. You can expect a day filled with fairy tale story times, live music, great food, obstacle courses, play areas, crafts, photo ops and all kinds of fantastic fun!

The Dragons and Fairies Festival transforms the grounds of Audubon into a delightful mix of all things magical. Try your hand at kid-safe archery, make a wizard staff, search for unicorns, take a horse-drawn carriage ride, jump into a drum circle, make a wish on the wishing tree, hunt for garden gnomes, and so much more. Adults and children alike are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes.

In addition to others, Sixpence, a local band with Celtic roots, plays live music. Artisan Acres features demonstrations of glassblowing, blacksmithing, pottery making, and weaving and spinning, with crafted items to purchase. Food vendors include Tabouli Street Eatz, 3 C's Catering, and Gelati's Italian Ice.

Parking is free. Admission is $12 adults, $9 Nature Center members and children 3-15, free for 2 and under. Some things cost extra; bringing cash makes transactions easier. Visit AudubonCNC.org and click through Programs and Events for more information and to reserve a time for a Magic Moments horse-drawn carriage ride.

Sponsors of the Dragons and Fairies Festival include Chloe’s Creamery of Warren, PA, and Solar Liberty.
