Ring in the New Year at Holiday Valley
ELLICOTTVILLE - Come celebrate the end of a great year and the beginning of an even greater year! Join Holiday Valley as we ring in 2023 with a night full of skiing, friends and festivities. The celebration kicks off at 9:00pm in the Holiday Valley Resort Center as DJ Campbell Dawson spins tunes and entertains the crowd until 12:30am. Cindy’s Lift and the slopes it serves are open until 11:00pm. Intermediate skiers or better are invited to participate in the torchlight parade. (Hint: wear an old jacket and gloves, and kids please bring a parent.) Meet at the bottom of Cindy’s Chairlift no later than 10:50pm. Spectators can watch from the deck of The Lodge for a great view of the Groomer Parade, which starts at approximately 11:15pm with the torchlight parade following at 11:30pm and the fireworks show beginning at approximately 11:45pm. Stick around and enjoy the atmosphere as the party in the Resort Center continues until 12:30am!
To our friends from north of the border, please join us as we celebrate Canadian Friendship week. From Monday, January 2 through Friday, January 6, all lift tickets and rental equipment are at Par when paying with Canadian cash or cheque. At Par is also offered for Canadian cash or cheque payments at the Holiday Valley Tubing Park, open Friday, January 6 through Sunday, January 8.
Overnight and extended stay lodging packages are available for the Inn, the Tamarack Club and Holiday Valley Rental Properties. Rooms and rental units range in size from cozy hotel rooms to spacious three bedroom condominiums to romantic chalets overlooking the slopes or near the Village of Ellicottville. Enjoy slopeside lodging at the Inn or Tamarack, complete with heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs and fitness rooms and shuttle service around the resort. The full-service Ellicottville Oasis Spa and John Harvard’s Brew House are located inside the Tamarack Club. Up to 2 children ages 17 and under ski and stay free with our midweek lodging packages, starting January 1.
