GOACC Unveils SHOP LOCAL Raffle

OLEAN – A fundraising raffle to help benefit the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce (GOACC) and its program activities and events will be held at the end of November.  GOACC strives to promote the economic well-being of the area and enhance the quality of life by providing enrichment activities and programs intended for the benefit of all area residents.

“During these unforeseen times, we as a non-profit organization are effected financially as well, since most of our events which provide our revenue have been cancelled due to the pandemic,” reported Meme K. Yanetsko, GOACC COO. 

Tickets for the raffle are $25 each with the following prizes: $2,500, $2,000, $1,500 and (3) $500.  Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber office, 301 North Union Street, Olean or by connecting with GOACC volunteers and committee members.

“The cool factor on this raffle is that the winners will receive their winnings in Shop Olean gift certificates,” added Erica Dreher, Member Services Manager. “This raffle will have multiple winners as both the prize winners and our member businesses where they redeem the gift certificates will win!”

The Shop Olean gift certificates are redeemable at more than 282 places in the greater Olean area.  Places include grocery stores, hair salons, healthcare and services, restaurants and catering, retail stores, and service businesses.
