ELLICOTTVILLE — Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Dan Minner, brew master at Ellicottville Brewing Company has brought back a limited-edition of McCarthy’s Celtic Red. This great brew was created to honor the “Voice of Ellicottville” Bob McCarthy. As EBC has done for a number of years, they will donate a $1 for every pint sold to the Bob McCarthy Foundation’s Family Support. This McCarthy’s Celtic Red is a delicious Red Ale that will only be available at select establishments in Ellicottville for a short period of time.
